By registering, the user — hereinafter referred to as the “member” — agrees to the following terms of use with the operator:

Members participating in discussion forums and comments agree to:

1. Refrain from insults, illegal content, pornography, and offensive language in their posts.

2. Bear full responsibility for the content they publish, ensure that no third-party rights (particularly trademark, copyright, or personal rights) are violated, and indemnify the operators in full against any claims by third parties resulting from their contributions.

3. Refrain from posting any form of advertising in forums or comments, or from using forums and comments for commercial purposes of any kind. This applies in particular to the publication of “0900” phone numbers for any purpose.

There is no entitlement to the publication of submitted comments or forum posts. The operators reserve the right to edit or delete comments and forum posts at their discretion. In the event of violations of clauses (1), (2), or (3), the operators further reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete a membership.

4. Submission of Contributions and Articles

If a member submits their own contributions for publication on the editorial section of this website, the following applies:
A prerequisite for posting contributions is that the member has entered their full and correct first and last name in their user profile, or does so after submitting the article. The submitted contribution will be published (publicly) under the name entered in the profile.

The member makes the following declarations for all contributions submitted by them in the future:

1. The member warrants that all submitted contributions are free of third-party rights, particularly copyright, trademark, and personal rights. This applies to all text and image contributions.

2. The member grants the operators unlimited usage rights to the submitted contributions. This includes publication on the internet as well as on other servers, in newsletters, print media, and other publications.

3. Submitted contributions will be deleted or anonymized upon the member’s request by email to the webmaster. Deletion or anonymization will occur within 7 days of notification. The operators are only liable for damages arising from delayed deletion insofar as such damages are not caused by the member’s breach of duty (as stated in 1–3 above) and are based on gross negligence or intent by the operators. Please note that search engines regularly index published content and that we have no control over whether, where, or for how long deleted posts may continue to be stored and retrievable in search engine or web directory databases.

4. There is no entitlement to the storage, publication, or archiving of submitted contributions. The operators reserve the right not to publish, to edit before publication, or to delete submitted contributions after publication at their sole discretion.

5. The publication of submitted contributions does not create any claims for payment (such as fees, royalties, or reimbursements) by the member against the website operator. Contributions are made on a voluntary, unpaid basis.

Sanctions for Violations

Any violation of the General Terms and Conditions or this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s profile, or deletion of the profile.
Profiles that do not represent the user’s true identity will be deleted immediately without prior warning.
The operators of the Network reserve the right to delete any profile or group immediately and without prior warning in the event of a serious violation.
If the founder of a group is deleted, the team will assign one of the group moderators as the new founder. If no moderator is available, the member with the longest membership in the respective group will become the new founder.
